Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile complex GL accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee AP/AR operations with 15+ vendor/client portfolios
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control documentation
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of GAAP and international financial standards
- Proven track record in multi-currency transaction processing
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
