Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Prepare and process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Support financial statement compilation and documentation
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Learn and apply accounting software systems (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Participate in client financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Certification eligibility (CPA track preferred)
