- Manage 1099 vendor payments and tax documentation
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for invoice processing and payment runs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-to-large organizations
- Proficiency in AP automation tools and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Ability to process 50+ invoices daily with zero errors
