Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.7% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for data entry and maintenance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time
- Maintain digital filing systems with SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or bookkeeping certification a plus
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
