Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member inquiries promptly
- Actively promote financial products and services to meet member needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial products preferred
- Familiarity with banking software and MS Office applications
