Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive individual to manage our accounts payable processes efficiently during the 3rd shift. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform 3-way match audits on invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting support.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to manage data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a night shift environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
