Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures with precision and accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll transactions
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for weekend operations
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless handoffs
- Maintain digital financial records using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
