Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms strategically
- Execute month-end closing procedures and support financial audits
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite/Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on cash flow optimization
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
