Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (200+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Conduct three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to prevent discrepancies
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Execute weekly check runs and ACH payments totaling $5M+ monthly
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience with SAP/Oracle ERP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with international payment processing and tax compliance
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in matrix organizations
- Excellent written communication for vendor negotiations
