Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate payment terms
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments on cash flow optimization
- Mentor junior AP staff and cross-train in related finance functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership experience in finance teams
