- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Optimize payment cycles and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Prepare month-end closing reports and accruals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized enterprises
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Expertise in 3-way matching and dispute resolution
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
