Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP records in ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and SOX controls
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Accounts payable certification (APCP preferred)
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
