Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize payment cycles including ACH/wire processing
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts and terms
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Certification (AP, CAPP, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
