Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Perform high-speed data entry into accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite) with zero errors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and billing inquiries.
- Assist the senior finance team with month-end close procedures and reporting.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
