Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle).
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment inquiries.
- Assist with month-end close processes and reporting preparation.
- Organize and file financial records in a systematic manner.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the finance team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous accounting experience is not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
