Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and year-end audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and government regulations.
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
