Responsibilities
- Process high-volume weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure SOX compliance for weekend financial activities
- Collaborate with weekday team on financial continuity
- Implement weekend financial controls and audit procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend/holiday shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during non-business hours
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination
