Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close processes and financial reporting
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze variance reports and provide financial insights
- Prepare tax documents and support audit processes
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
- Document accounting procedures for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
