Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making and budget forecasting
- Develop comprehensive financial models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems for executive leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities, market expansion, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Present complex financial findings to senior stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain and optimize internal financial controls and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, Python, or R for financial data manipulation and analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to C-level executives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software implementation
