Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify timekeeping data and reconcile discrepancies with HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and AZ state payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (Form 941/940)
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve employee issues within 24 hours
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and prepare year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and AZ labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential employee data
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Remote work experience with strong time management skills
