Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Handle weekend payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Assist with weekend month-end closing procedures
- Support weekend audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience with GAAP compliance and regulatory filings
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
