Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks/ERP systems
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA) preferred but not required
