Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting activities and assist with the month-end close process.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records through monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and reporting.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.
- Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
