Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
