Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain audit trails
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
- Learn and apply QuickBooks and accounting software
- Conduct data entry with precision and accuracy
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or pursuing Bachelor's)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
