Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain digital and physical financial documentation systems
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Generate financial reports under supervision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional offsite meetings)
