Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings to ensure compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure all financial records are organized, accurate, and backed by proper documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
