Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial reports are accurate and timely.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers on a daily basis.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and variance analysis reports for management review.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Candidate status is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
