Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and monthly financial reports.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings under supervision.
- Perform basic data entry and ensure data integrity across all financial software.
- Support the finance team with budget analysis and variance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing graduation).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial software and processes.
