Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Organize and file financial documents and tax records in an organized system.
- Support the accounting team with data entry and expense reporting.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account balances and transactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures.
