Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct basic audits of financial documents
- Communicate financial insights to senior accountants
Qualifications
