Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for Texas-based operations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate general ledger systems and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- TX CPA license or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
