- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term corporate planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive investment decisions in emerging technologies with ROI modeling
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
