Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries promptly
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end forms
- Collaborate with HR to update employee records and deductions
- Conduct internal audits to verify payroll accuracy
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and financial statements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with weekly pay cycles
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and multi-state payroll compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet strict weekly deadlines
