Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications, financial statements, and credit histories.
- Prepare and present credit memos and risk assessment reports to the credit committee.
- Monitor existing customer accounts for adverse financial trends.
- Ensure all credit decisions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to streamline the approval process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files in our database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis or financial risk assessment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and lending standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
