Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax optimization for high-net-worth clients
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive market insights
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to recommend adaptive investment opportunities
- Collaborate with legal and tax professionals to ensure holistic client solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly acquisition targets through targeted networking and referral programs
- Maintain FINRA Series 7/66 certifications and ongoing compliance training
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and pipeline management
Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years financial advisory experience with proven track record in wealth management
- Strong background in portfolio construction across equities, bonds, and alternative investments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFP preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and execute client acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in commission-based roles
