- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff
- Investigate violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership
- Liaise with external regulators during inspections
- Manage compliance documentation and record-keeping systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- Knowledge of federal/state regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.)
