Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance explanations
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through clear visual dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Maintain and improve financial reporting automation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) highly valued
