Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports highlighting key performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with precision
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
