- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekly reconciliation cycles
- Process payroll using ADP/QuickBooks with same-week payments
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with KY tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Support audit processes and maintain organized financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of KY tax codes and financial regulations
- CPA or pursuing CPA certification preferred
