Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger and accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with the preparation of tax filings, including quarterly estimates and year-end reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow and aging reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
