- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closings
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for diverse industries
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions for financial modeling
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate client financial records with zero-tolerance for errors
- Lead quarterly budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of meeting strict monthly deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with financial data integrity
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial metrics
- Experience with weekly payroll processing a plus
