Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions across multiple accounts
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations during weekend operations
- Coordinate with weekend business partners to support financial decision-making
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain weekend expense records
- Conduct weekend audits and verify transaction accuracy
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday schedule)
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
