Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts with precision
- Prepare accurate financial statements and month-end reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with senior accountants on weekend financial audits
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries during operating hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable weekend availability (6 AM - 6 PM shift)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
