Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions accurately.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare monthly and weekly financial reports for clients.
- Assist with payroll processing for weekend schedules.
- Ensure all financial data is compliant with local and federal regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding financial statements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.
