In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our diverse client portfolio. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures for assigned clients.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and quarterly filings.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account discrepancies and status updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
