Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and tax filings for weekend-shift employees
- Manage QuickBooks data entry and bank reconciliation processes
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPA or QuickBooks certification highly desirable
