Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card audits.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Organize and file financial documents and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
