In this role, you will manage the financial operations during our critical off-hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with our finance team to maintain up-to-date records and prepare essential reports.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly.
- Process and post invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and secure.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
