Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes and transaction validation
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives under senior guidance
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Participate in internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks or ERP system familiarity (preferred)
